We are looking for plumber/ plumbing service technicians/ licensed plumber who are able to determine service needs and perform daily operational duty. The plumber / plumbing specialist technician is responsible for the installation of various plumbing works, clearing plumbing choke and doing plumbing leak detection and repair. He must have experience working and doing plumbing works in Singapore HDB / Condo / Landed and commercial areas.
Plumber Field Operation Technicians must be able to interact and communicate well with clients in their work residences and businesses. Ideal candidates will understand operational procedures and identify various pipe leakage problems.

Responsibilities – Plumber / Plumbing technician / Licensed Plumber
Perform maintenance and repair works in a workmanlike manner and in full capacity.
Perform clear plumbing choke duties, including toilet bowl choke, wash basin choke, sink choke, floor trap choke, etc.
Perform new plumbing installation or repair of wash basin, water heater, kitchen sink, urinal, etc.
Perform pipe leak detection and repair, including concealed or exposed pipe leak, copper pipe leak, PPR pipe leak, Stainless Stain pipe leak, PVC pipe leak, etc
Review blueprints to determine work details and procedures.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, sketches, specifications and job plans.
Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.
Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to required angle, using hand and power tools or machines such as pipe cutters, pipe-threading machines, and pipe-bending machines
Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers and water heaters, and fixtures such as sinks and toilets, using hand and power tools.
Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports.
Tests piping system and plumbing fixtures for leaks.
Wears applicable P.P.E. at all times. Promotes safety awareness to other plumber colleagues.
Performs other duties as required.
Position Requirements – Formal Education and Certification
At least N’levels/ O’Levels or equivalent education is required.
Technical school graduate with plumbing and sanitary speciality is preferred.
Existing PUB licensed plumber registered with Singapore Plumbing Society (SPS) will be advantageous
Must have a valid class 3 driver’s license.
Knowledge and Experience
Five years total experiences in plumbing works, water distribution system, pump operation and maintenance or four-year full apprenticeship graduate.
Must have adequate English communication skill (oral and writing).
Must pass medical screening and be in good health
